PROJECT | LES.com Rebuild
OBJECTIVE | Rebuild LES.com to incorporate new technology, CX and an updated LES brand. This is our 24-7 location, and we want to offer an experience that enhances self-service offerings and cross-promotional programs that benefit our customers.
For this project, I was the strategist, brand owner, content curator and customer journey mapper. I worked with our team of a website specialist, copywriter and other communications specialists, as well as an external agency for design/implementation of the new website.
